Latitude’s design is an intriguing blend of both classical and contemporary finishes that harmonizes with the building’s architecture. Custom metal chandeliers, a 12th floor party room with spectacular skyline views, a chic “pup spa” where tenants can bathe and pamper their pups are consistently noted by tenants as what sets this building apart. The design on this project was instrumental in consistently attracting the target clientele - accomplishing the larger business goals of the build.
