101 Avenue of the Arts located in Wilmington Delaware is a new mid-rise apartment building with 68 units. Amenities include a multi-functional gathering space with direct views of the Riverwalk, a quiet seating area, a gaming area and a private conference room. An industrial design was created with natural wood tones, metal accents and brick. The project also has a state of the art fitness center with exposed ceilings, accent wall with black fencing. Tenant corridors are inviting with accents of wood and brick at the unit entries.
