Unused spaces are cost centers. Cap View is a luxury high-rise building in DC that had 2 areas that sat unused and brought no value to the tenants. Unused Space #1: A tiny workspace area with a few computers. Unused Space #2: A small theatre room. Solution: We combined and redesigned the spaces into one ultra-modern, bright, and professional business and conference center. Visitors can use the whole space or close it off with the rolling glass barn doors. The Result: 2 wasted areas that are now booked and busy and adding value all week long.
